Summer Body Athletics LLC provides both physical and digital products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how delivery works for all product types.


Digital Products: All digital products (including guides, PDFs, templates, courses, and downloadable resources) are delivered electronically. Digital products are typically accessible immediately after successful payment by direct download or email. If you do not receive access within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at [contact@summerbodyathletics.com]. All digital sales are final. No physical item will be shipped, and customers are responsible for ensuring their device supports the provided file format.


Physical Products (United States Only): We currently ship physical products only within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days (business days do not include weekends or federal holidays). Shipping transit time is in addition to processing time. Shipping methods may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. Estimated delivery times are: standard shipping 5–10 business days and expedited shipping 2–5 business days when available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to purchase.


Order Confirmation & Tracking: After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. For physical products, tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.


Address & Delivery Issues: Summer Body Athletics LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, packages returned due to address errors, or delivery issues outside of our control. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.


Damaged or Lost Items: If a physical product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and any photos of damage. Each situation will be reviewed to determine an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical products. Digital products may be available internationally unless otherwise stated.


Policy Changes: We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
